The purpose of this study is to find out the extent optimal implementation SIKS-NG application in Social Service Central Sulawesi Province. This research descriptive and uses a qualitative approach. results showed that facilities infrastructure flexibility workspace amount human resources (HR) are still inadequate so it needs be optimized use can run optimally.
